I ordered an iPhone 8 Plus on 13/04/20 and despite all the issues with Covid 19, the mint condition phone was shipped from Spain to Liverpool UK and was in my hands on the morning of 15/04/20. Tracking kept me informed every inch of the way. I stumbled across Back Market whilst looking for a refurbished phone and although I hadn't heard of them before the prices were really good so decided to order. Pedí este modelo por primera vez y hubo un problema con el envío y me lo cancelaron. Volví a pedirlo de nuevo y vino perfecto en la fecha estimada. El reembolso del primer pedido lo hicieron muy rápido!

Era reacia a comprar un movil reacondicionado pero estoy encantada. Lo tengo desde hace una semana y funciona perfectamente. El aspecto buenísimo, como nuevo. La salud de la batería al 100%. Detallazo del vendedor que me lo hizo llegar con funda, protector de pantalla, auriculares y cargador original. Iba en una cajita de cartón no original pero me cautivó también el detalle de la piruleta!! ???? El servicio de entrega rapidísimo. Lo pedí sobre las 3 de la tarde y lo recibí antes de las 11 del día siguiente. De momento, todo perfecto. Muy recomendable!!!
