    Franchement, super site d'objets reconditionnés, très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 a été acheté comme cadeau de Noël et ce smartphone haut de gamme est une tuerie et fonctionne très très bien même en étant reconditionné ! Merci à vous Back Market !!

    I was somewhat sceptical about buying a refurbished phone having never done it before. However, thought I'd give it a try. I went for the fair grade phone expecting scratches, dings, marks etc all over it. My only want was the screens to be good enough, as I was planning on putting a case in anyway. The phone, however, is immaculate. I don't know how this is a fair graded phone, because it looks like new! I can't imagine how the higher grade phones look, they must literally be as new. Seriously happy with my purchase and glad I stuck with the fair graded phone. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    Estoy encantada con mi nuevo fokd4. Es perfecto, precioso, nuevo como si no fuese reacondicionado. Me encanta, cuando lo abro todo el mundo alucina. Mi marido, co.o buen envidioso, dice que su próximo teléfono será uno como el mío. Ni un rasguño, la batería dura 2 días, e. Fin si le quiero poner alguna pega es que pesa, pero como yo lo llevo en el bolso, ne da igual, y compensa por todo lo demás.

    The phone is in very good condition one single scuff in a spot thats almost invisble. The only thing wrong with phone: the cover screen sometimes doesnt respond to touch, but after a reboot this is always helped. (I've been told this is a software issue and therefore not the fault of the refurbisher) All in all, buying refurbished is the way to go. I saved over 500 euros on this phone when compared to new price, all while this phone is near perfect!

    j'étais très content de mon Samsung Z Fold 4. , tout à coup il s'est éteint et il ne voulait plus charger. en fait, il ne charge plus, c'est un défaut de charge. Que dois je faire pour le faire réparer puisqu'il est toujours sous garantie. Merci de m'expliquer. Joseph Cousseau

    I brought fair grade fold 4 which it was quick to come and it was above my expectation with the price I use to have fold 3 that the voice doesn’t come on again and I was told I need to pay £700 to repair. but my friend ask me to come here and I will buy nice latest one with that price, I got my fold 4 today very beautiful everything is working fine like new .

    I was, without any expectations, but to my great surprise it turned out to be good. It is slightly scratched, on a rounded part of the panels, but it does not matter, the phone works very well and quickly. I am very glad that I chose you.
