Ho già comperato un dispositivo ricondizionato, ma è la prima volta che acquisto su BackMarket e, devo essere onesta, all'inizio ero alquanto riluttante a prendere un pc di questa cifra online. Sono oramai passati dieci giorni dall'acquisto e finora non ho avuto nessun tipo di problema. È anche la prima volta che acquisto un MacBook: sono piacevolmente sorpresa dalla comodità e dall'indiscutibile qualità di questo computer! Lo uso principalmente per studiare all'università e fuori casa, ascoltare musica e per svago, non riesco proprio a farne a meno L'unica cosa che mi sento di fare presente è che la tastiera di questo Mac è inglese, pertanto non vi sono gli accenti, accenti che poi devono essere poi aggiunti con la "correzione automatica" della tastiera. Problema che a mio avviso non è rilevante, ma che magari a qualcuno può interessare Ps è anche arrivato in anticipo, con imballaggio originale della Apple

This is the second purchase I have made through back market. I am grateful that I found them!! A very professional company and very smooth ordering and receiving process. My MacBook was in way way better condition than I thought it would be, definitely could have passed for “excellent”. It works very well and the most important thing is that it was a lot cheaper than buying a brand new one. I like the ease of just picking the condition and product you want and don’t have to go through every single company that does refurbished products, back market kinda do that bit for you. I usually look at reviews myself before I buy things so hopefully this helps someone. Not a thing I would fault so far :)

MacBook arrived in very discreet, well padded packaging. The product was graded excellent and it looks like it has just been taken out of its original packaging and then re packaged. No sign of it ever being used. I’m very happy. If i had of bought this being told it was brand new I would of believed it. It did arrive a day late but that is a fault of the courier not back market or the seller. Very happy!

im buy ; Condition: Good , I think the only thing that separates it from a new one would be the date of purchase and there was no box, so it was perfect. i,m Brazilian girl , I'm Brazilian and I've been here for 5 months, and how. Brazilian, I'm always suspicious of everything else, this site is wonderful, this issue of reuse is amazing and I really love it. I'll soon buy 8 cell phones to take to my nephews.

Actually quality. It felt like a got a new laptop, fair play. I rate it. Came as new. The only give away was a stain on the plug for the charger. fairly minor, I can forgive that... really impressed. I could only pay via paypal, unfortunately as the site didn't seem to accept my card.
