Amazing quality for the price! Bought a Dell Latitude laptop marked fair in condition. One or two nicks in the texture but overall perfect in condition. Arrived quickly after my order and in good packaging. Really happy with my purchase.

Everything went perfectly, the purchase, delivery, appearance and performance of the product. The Dell laptop was better than I expected, it was a perfect replacement for my aged and well used Toshiba laptop. On this experience I would recommend Back Market as a strong alternative to buying new.

Certainly a Dell and not a “dell-boy”! Beautifully presented and I immediately upgraded it to Windows 11 - hopefully done the right thing. Very fast and responsive, but many drivers were out of date, so spent a day faffing about updating them - CCleaner Professional helped. All in all, however, very happy.

The laptop arrived on time and has been working very well so I am very happy with with everything so far. Everything is still working very well, so I remain completely pleased with the Dell Latitude.

Practically brand new in terms of its condition, not a mark or scratch on it anywhere. Couldn’t be happier in regards to that. Battery life capacity is sitting at just over 36k mWh which is a little disappointing however as its design capacity is 68k meaning it came with a battery at essentially 50%. Not a major issue as it’ll likely always be used around a power supply, just could’ve done with a heads up in regards to its battery capacity beforehand.

I'm really happy with this purchase. It more than lived up to its 'Good' condition - a tiny mark on the body and some wear on one of the keys was all that was apparent. It came with Windows 10 Pro but this was easily upgraded to Windows 11 Pro for free. I also downloaded the (free) Dell Command Update tool to update the BIOS and various drivers.
