    Die Playstation ist wirklich in einem Top Zustand. Es gab nur einen kleinen Hacken an der Sache. Der Controller funktionierte nicht richtig. Zack neuen gekauft und schon ging es los. Keine Kratzer oder Gebrauchsspuren. Versand war total schnell und sehr gut verpackt.

    Ho acquistato una PS4 Pro in "ottime condizioni". Quando la console è arrivata, presentava un'ammaccatura sul lato anteriore sinistro e una crepa su quello destro. Il joystick destro o sinistro del controller (non ricordo quale) graffiava il lato del corpo in plastica. Così l'ho rispedito indietro per una sostituzione. Il tempo è passato e la sostituzione è arrivata, ma questa aveva dei problemi: la connessione Wi-Fi a 5GHz non funzionava affatto. L'ho quindi rispedito indietro. L'hanno sostituito e spedito di nuovo, ma quando ho controllato il link di tracciamento, c'era scritto che il corriere aveva annullato la spedizione perché avevo cambiato il mio indirizzo (cosa che non avevo mai fatto) e che stava rispedendo il prodotto al venditore. Ho contattato il venditore tramite l'assistente di supporto (l'intermediario), il che è stato frustrante perché impiegano giorni per rispondere. Ho detto loro di inviare di nuovo la console, ma tutto ciò che mi hanno risposto è stato che il corriere sosteneva di avermi consegnato la console, cosa che non è mai avvenuta. Li ho informati di questo e hanno avviato un'indagine per individuare il prodotto. Se solo guardassero il link di tracciament...
