    I'm really happy about my iPhone 11 Pro. It is exactly what I wanted and Apple didn't sell it anymore. I would never have considered buying a refurbished model as I'm afraid of that kind of thing but a few friends persuaded me and I'm glad they did. I feel I've reused and recycled so that's good for the planet plus the phone is really great and half the price. The service was terrific. I'd put the wrong postcode on the form but they got back to me straight away when I told them and I received the phone the next day. All in all I'm really happy with this purchase. Thank you!

    iPhones sind nicht wasserdicht, nachdem sie von Backmarket aufbereitet wurden. Mein Telefon ist nach einem Regenschauer kaputt - ich werde in nächster Zeit definitiv nicht mehr zu Backmarket gehen. 👎

    Première commande d'un iPhone 7 Plus reconditionné (or) reçu sous 24h en parfait état. Pas la moindre trace d'usure apparente, tout fonctionne à merveille ! Le chargeur est de la marque samsung mais tout à fait compatible et les écouteurs sans fils fonctionnent même si ce n'est pas du haut de gamme. Globalement très satisfait de ma première expérience avec un produit reconditionné.

    I was very excited to find this page with refurbished phones for a reasonable price. The i phone x pro max arrived in excellent condition ( no scratches or dents) but the touch screen wasn’t working so I had to send the phone back to be fixed or replaced. It arrived week later in very good working order so I am so far very happy with it. It was a bit of a hustle to find replacement phone for that week and to move all the data back and forward but it’s all sorted now. I am happy they fixed the issue with no problem but for future it would be good if they double checked the products before sending them away to avoid disappointment. Overall still good experience!

    Handtec semble être un "reconditionner" du feu de dieu ! non seulement le téléphone était irréprochable, mais en plus ils se paient le luxe d'offrir l'adaptateur jack-lightning ! Quand on sait qu'Apple ne l'offre pas au prix fort... certes cela faisant partie d'une stratégie plus que d'une véritable radinerie, mais on apprécie l'effort ! Il y a bien évidemment un chargeur fourni, mais celui-ci est bien souvent cheap, Handtec m'a offert de générer un remboursement de 15€ sur justificatif d'achat d'un chargeur de mon choix ! plutôt sympatoche ! Handtec ClapClap !
