    Previously bought these exact earphones through Backmarket via a different vendor and they were £20 cheaper and higher quality. These felt like they were knock-offs, or at least had the connective wire replaced with a noticeably different tubing which is heavier and less flexible, and the ear buds themselves felt too tough. I replaced the buds with different ones but I regret not returning them when I had the chance and putting a little too much faith in the site. Won't advise against using the site or even the vendor I used but if it doesn't feel right upon receiving, return it.

    I can highly recommend Back Market. Customer service very friendly, the item was delivered in 3 days. The only thing I am not very happy about is that the earphones don’t keep the battery longer After 5-6 hours I need to recharge them.

    Sound quality is great but the bluetooth drops out regularly if my phone is more than about 30cm from the earphones meaning half the time when I'm running in them the sounds cuts in and out. Seems slightly better when earphones are fully charged but quality of connection is unreliable, some times making them unusable unless I have the phone in my hand (rather than pocket at small of back where I like to keep my phone when I run)

    Produit conforme à mes attentes, son de qualité et design des écouteurs sympa mais, petit problème, je dois jouer un peu avec la prise jack dans mon téléphone pour que l'écouteur droit marche correctement, le problème a été reporté au service client qui a été parfait, très réactif et très sympa, ils m'ont renvoyés une paire qui fonctionnent très bien, merci à eux !

    The sound quality is really good. Warm, bassy and clear. The downsides are - the ear wire/clips are difficult to bend to a comfortable fit and I bought these headphones to use whilst cycling and running but the wind whistling past the ear pieces is so loud it's almost impossible to use them whilst active :(

    Speedy delivery, the earphones were in more or less perfect condition along w/ all of the stuff that comes w/ including different earbud sizes I had the same pair but they broke hence why i ordered these and I can happily say the sound quality is literally the same as a new pair so no need to worry about anything in terms of sound quality even threw in some cool stickers which i appreciated a lot :) basically what im saying is this is sick value for a pretty much brand new pair aside from different packaging (includes original packaging and guides too tho) so id 100% recommend to anyone that likes these earphones or wants to try a pair :)
