    Mit dem gekauften Telefon bin ich im Moment sehr zufrieden. Meine einzige Sorge ist es, für wie lange seine "Arbeitsfähigkeit" reicht. Die Garantie habe ich nur für ein Jahr versprochen bekommen. Hoffentlich, hält es länger. Die Lieferung war perfekt.

    Bonjour; tout d'abord je tiens à vous présener mes excuses de n'avoir pas répondu plus tôt, j'étais malade, ceci explique cela. le HAPI 51 est arrivé en parfait état, il est effectivement comme neuf. j'ai changé mon hapi 50 car il se bloquait régulièrement et il fallait appuyer sur menu puis * pour acceder aux communications. lorsque je n'etais pas assez rapide à prendre la communication celle-ci était coupée. j'ai bien fouiller dans les parametres pour règler le problème mais rien y faisait ...plusieurs personnes ont essayé mais.... ""ils ont eu des problèmes"" ...comme disait un certain humoriste. problème pour trouver la solution, qu'ils n'ont pas trouvé d'ailleurs! je vous raconte tout cela car je trouve le même phénomène sur le HAPI 51. je suis donc déçue de mon achat mais existe-il un telephone à touches aussi solide que celui-là ? pourquoi un tel à touches plutôt qu'un smartphone ? parce que je suis atteinte de diabète et la maladie me ronge la sensibilité du bout des doigts, de plus j'ai perdu l'usage complet de ma main droite et ne suis pas très habile de la main gauche étant droitière. voilà, voilà j'arrête là mes plaintes mais si vous avez une idée pour un telephone ave...

    I bought this product as a Christmas gift,for a friend. We haven't activated it yet, but, when we do I'll definitely leave a review Review as follows. The phone looks in mint condition, but, alas, the 0 button dosen't work. I will take it to a repair shop in my town, and hopefully they can sort it. I'm a little disappointed, as the lady, whose Christmas gift it was, was very disappointed also. Kindest regards Breda

    Phone arrived with no charger included. So not ready to use when received. Also, including a sim card adapter would have been a nice touch as most people nowadays don't have the standard size sim cards. When you receive a product you want to use it! Don't know how well it works yet as I haven't been able to use it yet.

    Phone functional, however there were several strange things about it; the battery case was not OEM and I had to deburr it myself, also the refurbisher had put a sticker over the keypad instead of cleaning it so the lights between the keys were partially obscured. I removed it and this improved things. Also, the charger supplied was an EU one with a UK adaptor which didn't have a fuse 😬. Overall I won't grumble too much about a £50 second hand phone because it otherwise works as intended and it's a cool little handset, I am not sure I would rate the condition as very good however - good is perhaps more apt.
