I am very happy with my refurbished phone. I am not happy with the way I receive the money back for my old phone. I don’t understand why the money could be paid to me on the card I paid with. I’m not happy giving my bank details and drinking licence information.

Fits iPhone 11 like a glove as they say. No reduction in button sensitivity or screen sensitivity with the glass protector. All in all the new phone is Safe from scratches so should retain its excellent appearance.

The phone and the protective case arrived on time and were well packaged. The phone looks great and although I struggled to insert the SIM - it was face up and I was used to face down. Im getting used to the phone and am sure I have lots more learn about it, for example, I have yet to try the camera lenses. Thanks to you guys for a great service.

I’m only using the case, as I feel the screens may be too thick, and a clear case so I can display my medical card, as expected and the case fits snug to my phone.

Great iphone 11, really good condition and all working perfectly! I did get an alert from Apple telling me the battery wasn't an Appple battery, but it it works perfectly well
