4,4/5An honest review. Read this if you are unsure. I ordered the MacBook Pro M1 2020 (Very good/Excellent) and overall I'd say im happy with it. It's my first MacBook so there has been a slight learning curve but nothing too difficult. It's great for what I need it for; Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Logic all work fine on the M1 chip. I do feel like the grade I got doesn't fully match the product I received. The apple logo on the back is pretty scuffed as well as there being a few scratches. The scratches are small but they are visible from far away (further than 20cm as listed). Amongst those minor visible defects, unfortunately, the space bar isn't hooked on properly so when I'm typing I have to make sure to slow down a bit in order to hit it properly. From what I can tell, it shouldn't be a difficult fix but I feel like the keys should have been put on properly if I'm paying what I paid at the advertised "excellent quality". Taking into consideration the downsides to this, I feel like it's more then worth it to take a slight hit on the quality as if I were to buy this for brand new I would be paying close to £400 extra. 5/5After a nightmare experience with one I bought a couple of months ago (and had to return), this time it was all good. The item arrived faster than expected (ie next day) and looks to be in as-new condition. Had a few issues setting it up but that was just down to the usual software quirks. 4,4/5Felt a bit unsure about ordering from here but I'm really happy with my Macbook Pro - it is pretty much like new, came in the original Apple box and as it came from France it has both the UK and European charging plug which is handy if I wnat to travel with it! It works perfectly so far after a couple weeks use and the battery life is good too. 4,6/5Hi, sorry this review took a little longer, I wanted to use this for around 3-4 weeks before I left a review to be as honest as possible. this macbook came really fast! Quicker than the expected delivery time which I was really pleased with. To go along with this the screen / cosmetics were in pretty good condition, however the "o" key was a bit sticky, but this has since sorted itself out, So all around really great for the hardware. However as I ordered "excellent condition" I did expect to have a bit of a lower cycle count - it came at 526. My sister has had hers since 2019 and has 600 cycle count. So I thought it's been used quite a lot. This is my only downside, other than that this has been kept in really great shape and I cant fault you guys. 4,4/5Great quality, got here before expected arrival, no issues with it as of writing this. I’ve had it for around 2 weeks and have been using it non stop. Very minor scratches on the back, but that was expected as I ordered it in fair condition. Amazing product. Only issue was that shipping seemed a little rough, and you could hear the Macbook moving around freely in the box. 4,8/5Blimey I did loads of research read all the reviews and did get put off a bit tbh it's a scary place spending hard earned on refurbed tech I was way out my comfort zone ... what did it for me was the fact that the seller was an authenticated Microsoft reseller which I felt could be trusted to rate and actually deliver on the macbook... so I bought and was a tad angsty for a few hours... the gadget turned up the very next day much earlier than forecast and its a thing of beauty ... yes there are a few marks just as advised but I think it's an honest appraisal, of good condition and it just opened and worked haha 😄 himself is well happy with it so I am calm.
