5/5I was slightly nervous about buying reconditioned. After all, it was a good price but still a lot of money. However I am very happy with the phone. Cosmetically the phone is virtually perfect with no visible marks or scratches whatsoever. It obviously has had a new battery and so the battery life (so far anyway) is brilliant. The only slight problem is it is obviously not an Apple battery which means the phone does not show battery health and displays a ‘not official part’ message. This makes me slightly nervous and made me consider knocking off one star, but if the battery performance continues as it is at the moment I will be more than happy, and overall I’ve been very impressed with the customer service and product.iPhone 11 128GB - White - UnlockedGekauft am 22. 4/5Delivery was good, I cannot fault that however, there seems to be a problem with my Samsung z flip 4. It turns itself off randomly especially when I unfold or fold it which is most annoying. I paid for a phone that was supposed to be in good condition which costs a bit extra and now not even a month later I am having issues with it. 4,1/5Good and prompt service and delivery. Phone is in excellent condition but battery life is poorer than I expected. Battery struggles to get through to mid afternoon without a fresh charge and I’m not a heavy user by any stretch. 4,8/5Just received my order! Even though it wasn’t the colour that I was expecting, the seller notified me the day before the delivery and was given a choice of other colours. I chose the red colour and when I received it, it was better than what I expected as it was still in immaculate condition and barely had any scratches on it! I am truly happy with this purchase! 4,9/5Such a good phone, went for 'Fair' option and there was literally one tiny scratch and that was it - and the inside screen was flawless. Everything is working as it should, and its by far the best phone i've ever owned. Such a cool company, the delivery was so so speedy (even to my remote address) and i love that by doing this you are re-using phones, which helps the environment by reducing waste!
