    Really, really pleased with the speed and service and product (Moto G14). The tracking was good and delivered earlier than promised. Would certainly use BackMarket again. A decent refurbished smartphone for £109; what's not to like?

    For an economical refurbished 'good' condition item, it surpassed my expectations as it looked like new. The phone works perfectly, the battery holds its charge well and the included charger cable does a good job at rapid charging. Would definitely recommend the product and the service!

    Ik heb via backmarket een Motorola Edge 30 Neo gekocht hij moest vanuit Estland naar Nederland komen. Dat ging vrij snel binnen 3 dagen had ik mijn telefoon thuis. De Motorola ziet er goed uit zoals beloofd in de advertentie en werkt perfect accu ook prima in orde. Ik ben erg blij met mijn aankoop! Ik had hiervoor een Motorola Edge 20 en nu de Edge 30 Neo en deze is gewoon nog beter. super sterke telefoons kunnen wel behoorlijk wat hebben. zeer goede kwaliteit van Motorola!!!

    Ich habe das erste mal über Backmarket ein Smartphone bestellt. Bei der Lieferung über Fed ex war ich erst unsicher, ob das Gerät bei mir ankommt und man von außen sehen kann, dass es sich um ein teures Smartphone handelt. Die Lieferung war problemlos und das Handy als solches nicht zu erkennen. Die Qualität ist auch einwandfrei. alles in allem zu empfehlen.

    Bonjour, Pour l'instant tout va bien. J'append à le domestiquer. Sauf qu'en passant d'Android 11 à 12, j'ai une application qui ne veut pas fonctionner avec Android 12. Alors que sur d'autres smartphones sous Android 12 voir 13, elle fonctionne très bien. Voilà, voilà. Cordialement.
