Hi, Firstly let me say I am happy with the quality and condition of the MacBook Air that you sent, my complaint is that the one you sent me has only 4GB of storage when you advertised it as 8GB!! Also your delivery people were dreadful, they said they had delivered when in fact they never even bothered coming to my house and dropped the package at a local collection point. I know this because I was at home when they said they had delivered and checked our cctv and no delivery was attempted..... they blatantly lied saying they had attempted!!!

Ordinateur en panne après 1 an et 2 mois donc aucune garantie n'entre en jeu et j'ai perdu 300 euros merci Back market ! Par ailleurs clavier catastrophique, lorsque vous appuyez sur une touche c'est un caractère différent qui est tapé
