Great Mac Book. Was left on my doorstep unattended by Royal Mail which was a bit risky but my neighbour saw i5 and brought it in. I'd tried to change Royal Mail preferences but it didn't work. The charger is not ideal as its creating static buzzing of the metal on the macbook whilst plugged in. The macbook itself is great.

Watch out for numerous falsely advertised specs and know that there are no actual full refunds. Before buying, check other platforms: I was sent the wrong MacBook by a seller rated 4.5 on Back Market. Only to then find 1.4 stars on Google reviews and 1.6 on Trustpilot (search "Express Gadgets UK"). After weeks of back and forth, and despite their mistake, Back Market forced me to pay to print a return label, and charged me their 'quality check fee' (did they actually check? If so, even worse, as they allowed the sale of a falsely advertised MacBook). Sadly, I've now read many other reviews with similar experiences online. The robotic customer support filled my inbox with excuses but zero understanding. They also refused home collection and 'apologised' for not being willing to accommodate to accessibility needs because their returns are 'automated.' (Full refunds = deduct quality check fees + costs of printing labels and travel to approved post offices). So much for sustainability claims by a company that encourages printing, wasteful deliveries and profits off apparent fake quality checks.

Ho scelto l'opzione ottimo ma il PC è arrivato con molti graffi ed anche il caricatore spesso perde il contatto.
